About six years ago I lived in a two bed roomed house with my partner of five years and my son of six. I have always believed in ghosts as I have had a few experiences but nothing that compares to what happen this one night. After a long hard day I fell a sleep on my two-seater settee; my partner was asleep on the other. All of a sudden I got this urge to wake up and with doing so I immediately saw at the opposite end of the room a tall, dark, handsome man and a young pretty woman.
Try and picture the scene. In my view I had a circular wooden table with four chairs either side of the table where the two figures stood. To the left was the man who was dressed in a black suite with a white shirt and on the right was the lady wearing a long black skirt with a white frilly blouse that was high necked. The lady wore her hair in a high bun on top of her head. I also noticed the lady was dealing a pack of cards.
I could only see this image in the reflection of my living room window not actually standing in my room. I called to my partner who was still asleep on the other sofa. He did not wake up. I shook him and asked him to wake up quick but still there was no response. I then stood up and walked over to the table keeping my eyes on the two figures. I could see in the reflection of the window. As I walked past the table the window showed I had walked past the figures and they were now standing behind me. I felt really comfortable with the situation, as there was no eerie feeling with what was going on.
Still watching the figures behind me I slowly closed the Austrian blind and the figures were no longer there. Upon doing so, my partner suddenly jumped up and shouted, "What, what is it? What's wrong?" but it was too late. It was as if something was not allowing him to wake up while there presence was there.
