I live in the UK and ever since I was 7 years old I've been seeing this shadow moving around my house. It will just shoot from one end of the room to the other and then disappear. Cold breezes would just blow in my face even though I wasn't nowhere near a window or door. I thought I was going insane at first so I kept putting it to the back of my mind until one day my friend and I were sitting down in the front room watching a movie and my brand new ring came flying off my finger and on to the floor.
I turned to my friend and I said to her, "Please tell me you saw that and I'm not going crazy." She said that she did see it and I wasn't seeing things. We were a bit freaked out by it but we soon forgot about it. Then one day I was in the garden pulling up some weeds in the garden and planting some nice new flowers when an old lady come over to me and leaned over the garden wall and said, "Oh, he would like them flowers."
I look up at her and replied, "He?" "Yes, the nice gentleman and his wife who used to live here before you moved in." I was totally baffled by this. She continued, "He loved this house he was totally devastated when he and his wife had to sell up and move because they couldn't afford it no more." I was confused but I was interested to find out more so I invited her inside for some tea so she could tell me more about it. She came in and told me that a Scotsman who was a sailor had once live in my house and he loved the property so much that he was heart broken to have to let it go.
Then, one night coming home before they had to move, he was hit by a bus outside the house and he had died instantly and ever since he had been staying in my house because he loved it so much. I was totally amazed at what I had heard ever since I found out what the goings on in my house had been. It's been easier to live with so I just put up with it. Sometimes it makes me laugh. It turns my television off and on and turns my shower on in the middle of the night and flicks the light switches on and off.
